I have specific experience with technically oriented commercial general construction and critical /high reliability building mechanical and electrical systems. I also have knowledge of design and construction practices, contract management and cost and quality control. I have provided direct management or have had primary oversight responsibility for numerous complex commercial and government (Federal, State and Municipal) projects including telecommunications and information technology (IT) facilities, customer care centers, broadcast centers, lab/testing, institutional and educational facilities.
